Refund policy

At Mavirs, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Customers in Europe have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was received
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
